Every bespoke commission begins with a conversation.

Together, we will discuss the piece you envision—selecting the product, size, colour palette, materials, and the thoughtful details that will make it uniquely yours.

We invite you to share measurements, inspiration photographs, images of your home or the room where the piece will live, along with photographs of your dog. Tell us about their personality, habits, and what makes them extraordinary. These details help us create a piece that feels deeply personal and beautifully considered.

With your vision as our foundation, our Founder and Atelier team will begin the design process, thoughtfully refining your ideas while remaining true to the character of PAWSH HOUSE.

Once the concept has been developed, you will receive a detailed design presentation, including reference imagery and a visual rendering that represents the final piece as closely as possible.

Following your approval and receipt of the required deposit, your commission will enter production.

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for your bespoke creation to be handcrafted by our artisans.

Throughout the journey, we will keep you informed at each stage, ensuring your experience is as considered and enjoyable as the piece itself.
