What is PAWSH HOUSE?
PAWSH HOUSE is a luxury design house creating handcrafted, limited-edition and bespoke objects for dogs and the humans who adore them. Every piece is thoughtfully designed as functional art and created to live beautifully within refined interiors.
Where are PAWSH HOUSE pieces made?
Our collections are created by skilled artisans using premium materials and traditional craftsmanship. Depending on the collection, pieces are produced in carefully selected ateliers by specialists in leatherwork, textiles, resin, metalwork and other heritage crafts.
Are your products limited edition?
Many PAWSH HOUSE collections are produced in limited quantities, while selected creations are one-of-a-kind or available exclusively through bespoke commission.
Orders
Can I modify my order?
If your order has not entered production or shipment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact the House as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Bespoke, personalized and made-to-order creations generally cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
How do I know if my order has been received?
A confirmation email will be sent once your purchase has been successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
PAWSH HOUSE ships to many destinations worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on location and applicable regulations.
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping is not included in the price of your piece. The shipping charge is calculated at checkout, based on your destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Will I be responsible for duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my purchase?
Because many PAWSH HOUSE creations are handcrafted, limited edition or bespoke, returns are accepted only in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
What should I do if my item arrives with a crafting flaw?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. Any concern regarding a possible craftsmanship flaw must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by contacting
concierge@pawshhouse.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Every PAWSH HOUSE creation is backed by our Warranty Policy covering verified craftsmanship defects under normal intended use.
Bespoke Commissions
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes. Our Concierge would be delighted to discuss bespoke commissions created specifically for your dog, your home or a special occasion. Contact

What products can be customized?
Leather collars, leashes, couture garments, loungers, blankets, sculptural feeders, home accessories and gifts.

Every PAWSH HOUSE creation is individually handcrafted. Subtle variations in colour, texture, finish and detailing are natural characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and contribute to the individuality of every piece.
